In conjunction of celebrating the 50th birthday of the unique, timeless Porsche 911, the Porsche Parade Southeast Asia 2013 upped the ante this year to enthral and excite the Porsche owners. More than 150 Porsche owners were invited to this spectacular event, which was held from 15th – 18th September in Malaysia. More than 120 Porsche cars of various models were participating in the event that brought together Porsche Club members from Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Thailand and Taiwan. The Porsche Parade Southeast Asia 2013 commenced on September 15th, and Porsche Club Singapore started the first leg of the drive from Gelang Patah to Putra Jaya Square Malaysia, where they met with participants of the Porsche Club Malaysia. Both Porsche Clubs as well as the guests from the region were welcomed by the minister of Malaysia. The Parade continued the camaraderie to Bukit Tinggi, Malaysia, where Porsche Club members stayed two nights before driving to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. On the 4th and final day of the Parade in Malaysia, the Porsche owners enriched their wondrous journey with a chance to enhance their driving skills with professional coaching and tips from the Porsche Carrera Cup instructors at the Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia. A full speed driving experience on the race tracks rendered the delightful punctuation to the end of this momentous parade before the participants separated again.
